Our story: tradition, passion and authentic taste
It all began with our father, a man of the land, a farmer who understood the value of hard work, the seasons, and quality. One day, he fell in love with the aromas and flavors of homemade cured meats, so much so that he began producing them himself, using simple, natural, and authentic methods.
That passion became a profession: he opened a small village butcher's shop, where every cut, every cured meat, spoke of his dedication to quality and tradition. From there, our legacy was born.
We, his children, embraced that dream and nurtured it. We transformed the butcher shop into a cured meats factory where artisanal expertise meets innovation, and from there we continued to grow, bringing our products to our supermarkets as well, to offer the best of our land to as many families as possible every day.
Each of our products is a piece of history, made with care, according to tradition, but always with an eye to the future.
